At RAW Performance Parts, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below.

1. Returns

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

• Installed, modified, or custom parts are non-returnable.

2. Restocking Fee

• Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover handling and processing.

3. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued per this policy.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

• Claims for defective or damaged products must be made within 7 days of receipt.
